About the role: The Materials Recovery Facility is seeking multiple full-time Recycling Sorters/Labourers. Labour is required as individuals must be capable of quickly and efficiently sorting and processing all kinds of paper and plastic products on a production line. This is a unionized position with CUPE 4106.

Salary: $24.21 per hour. 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
 
Qualities to succeed in this role:
·        Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on being a proactive team player
·        Works well on a team, on a production line in a fast paced environment
·        Hand eye coordination and attention to detail to sort material
·        Ability to stand for long periods of time and to handle loads of varying weight
 
Education & experience required:
·        No education required, but proven ability to learn on the job
·        Previous experience working in a fast paced production environment
